We want to tackle the problem of adulteration in the commercial industry which has become a popular trend, this can lead to becoming an expensive problem in the long run, especially for children and the elderly.
Bilona process is the most traditional way (as also mentioned in Ayurveda) of producing Ghee. Milk is boiled soon after it is milked from the Cows, after cooling it is set to curd. Within a specific time butter is extracted through churning (called Bilona) and subsequently butter is boiled to convert to Ghee. This makes the Ghee "Danedar".
Another misconception commonly believed is that Ghee is undesired fat and brings obesity. This is not true. One teaspoon of Ghee is mandatory for every person each day to get the required good fat, as per Ayurveda. Ghee is important for physical and mental health of us and our families.
Our Ghee is made through pure Bilona process in the most hygienic conditions. It is rich in A2 protein and definitely good for you.
