Our gajak / chikki are different from others is that we use desi khand instead of crystal sugar (sulphurized). Sulphurized sugar is used to make it more crisp. But that is harmful to us. We bring the crispiness by using desi khand through a specialized manufacturing process. This makes our chikki / gajak organic and healthy for consumption.
